Errin Green is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana and a 2012 Cum Laude graduate of Caddo Magnet High School. Errin then attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she was an Honors College Graduate and received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law.
In August 2016, Errin began law school at Southern University Law Center. During law school, Errin was a Senior Editor for the Journal of Race, Gender, and Poverty, a Research Assistant for Professor Okechukwu Oko, and an intern for the Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus and the Louisiana Senate Bureau.
In May 2019, Errin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern University Law Center. Shortly after, she began working at the 15th Judicial District Public Defenders Office in Lafayette Parish where she represented indigent defendants charged with felony offenses. Errin is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and the Acadiana Chapter of American Inns of Court. Errin was recently recognized by the National Black Lawyers as a Top 40 under 40 Member.
